Suzie, a Southern California transplant
moved to the Brookings area 24 years ago and spent the
first few years following her profession of licensed tax
preparer and accountant for Peterson, Cholwell and Gandy
CPA firm. Her accounting background has complimented her
real estate career in many ways.
She was also active in the community with her position
of office manager of the Brookings Harbor Chamber of Commerce.
She has had 20 years as a multi-million dollar producer
and received the Realtor of the Year award in 1991 from
her peers for service to the local Board of Realtors.
Suzie received her Brokers license in 1988 and holds the
GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) as well
as a CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist,
a designation held only by 8% of realtors).
Her “service oriented” attitude has earned her
great respect from past listing clients, buying customers
and her peers.
